We are instructed by this well known Dorset based firm in their recruitment for a residential property solicitor to work on a wide range of residential property matters. This residential property Solicitor will be joining the office in Poole.
You will be managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases, leasehold, remortgages, new build work and transfers of equity.
It is important that you are a qualified solicitor, Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer with around 2 years' experience in residential property. You will be able to demonstrate strong technical knowledge and the ability to work under pressure.
