As a Family Wellbeing Nurse within the Essex Child & Family Wellbeing Service, you will join a team focused on clinical excellence and who recently received a Good CQC rating. This role is part-time based in Braintree. Main Duties of the Job

Join a Healthy Family Team focused on clinical excellence, offering support to children and families and empowering them to reach their full potential. Work alongside a Multi-disciplinary team, including Health Visitors, School Nurses, and additional colleagues to provide family support. Deliver the Healthy Child Programme, including assessment of health needs, development, implementation, and evaluation of packages of care. Provide leadership and act as a positive role model by supporting colleagues and demonstrating excellent standards of care. Undertake mentorship responsibilities for pre-registration students and provide preceptorship to support new staff members. Regular safeguarding supervision and opportunities for continued professional development will be provided. A comprehensive induction programme is provided by our dedicated Practice Education Team. You will have a Nursing or Midwifery qualification, along with a passion and drive to help ensure that children have the best possible start in life. Applications from newly qualified Nurses or Midwives looking to start their career in a community setting will be considered. You will also need to be confident using IT systems and be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel. You will have a valid UK driving licence and access to a car for work use. Disclosure and Barring Service Check
