Neonatal Care Specialist
to join our team at P2P Specialist Nurses in London. About the Role:
Deliver high-quality care to newborns in neonatal units. Monitor vital signs, manage ventilators and incubators, and administer medications. Provide family-centred care, offering emotional support and involving families in the care process. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with healthcare teams to create and implement personalised care plans. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with NMC standards and healthcare regulations. Work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to support the health and wellbeing of premature babies. Requirements:
Valid NMC Registration (Registered Nurse - Child or Adult with neonatal care experience). At least 6 months' experience in a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) or similar setting. Up-to-date Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Programme (NRP) certifications. Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills. Benefits:
