Full or Part-time Performer Dentist required for 2-5 days per week in a busy, mixed practice near Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire. £14-£15 per UDA for 2000 - 5000 UDAs (flexible) 50% Private & Labs Hours: 9am - 5.15pm (flexible) with the option to work Saturdays 7 fully computerised, air-conditioned, well-ventilated surgeries Digital x-rays, Rotary Endo, OPG machine, Dentally software Full support team including Hygienist & dedicated Treatment Co-ordinator Practice provides Teeth Whitening, Digital Smile Design, Teeth Straightening Visa Sponsorship available Access to supporting specialists for more complex cases Dedicated Staff Room with Kitchen facilities and lockers Discounted Training Opportunities 15 minutes from Newcastle under Lyme, 30 minutes from Crewe Available immediately, start date negotiable Compliance requirements: Full NHS Performer Number Local Area Team confirmation GDC certificate UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV, and TB results dated within the last 5 years Indemnity certificate Passport Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months) Clinical references covering places of employment over the past 2 years (minimum 2 referees) Degree certificate CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months IRMER PIN number Please contact Sam Graham at Green Apple Dental to discuss at 020 8300 7971 or email dental@greenappledental.co.uk
