You will collaborate closely with lawyers on a range of interesting and complex commercial property matters, providing you with excellent opportunities for professional development and exposure to high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, your caseload will include:
Acquisitions and Disposals
Property Finance
Leases
Development
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you should:
Have excellent experience in commercial property, real estate, bridging finance or property development
Be 1-2 PQE as a Solicitor or Legal Executive (those with less or more PQE will be considered too)
Be able to work collaboratively within a team and interact effectively with colleagues and clients
