Family Solicitor

ACS have teamed up with a successful South England based firm, who have several offices across the area, to support them in the recruitment process of finding a strong family solicitor!
Duties
Supported by an Assistant, you will deal with your own caseload of Family Law matters including relationship breakdowns, divorce, finances, children, domestic abuse, and nuptial agreements. You will be responsible for communicating with clients and third parties whilst maintaining accurate records of all actions taken. The role requires someone with experience in monitoring, supporting, and delegating work with junior members of staff including paralegals, trainees, and NQs.
You will be
A Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years PQE. A great communicator with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. The selected candidate will be expected to work under their own initiative and manage their time and workload appropriately.
The Offer
Salary depending on experience plus non-contractual bonus scheme related to your individual billing. Support of an Assistant. 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and an additional 2 days leave during the Christmas closure. (*Subject to hours worked.) Statutory pension scheme. Life insurance.
