Location: Peterborough, Cambridgeshire Working arrangement: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding. Provide support and advice to employees and management on HR policies and procedures. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance procedures. Contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies and objectives.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in an HR role. Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. CIPD qualification desirable but not essential.

Benefits:
