We are looking for a full-time Family Assistant to join our Family department in Gosport.
The Role & Responsibilities: Carrying out all required administrative duties on conveyancing matters. Opening files electronically and setting up paper files including conflict & ID checks for clients. Preparing correspondence and documents using digital dictation, closing, storage and retrieval of files. Liaising with clients and third parties during the course of the file. Person Specification: The successful candidate will preferably have experience in this area of law. This role requires a hardworking individual with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines. Able to communicate in a professional manner with internal and external contacts. Commitment to providing excellent client care. Excellent IT skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task. Team-focused with a flexible “can do” and collaborative approach to working with others.
