Operations Director
£80,000-90,000 per annum
London At Gather & Gather, we are known as one of the UK & Irelands most distinctive catering experts, we are passionate about great food and great coffee and putting our employees and customers at the heart of everything that we do. We are excited to be recruiting for an Operations Director to look after our Universities. We currently have 5 universities based in London, Oxford, Buckinghamshire, and Gloucester with more to add to the patch in the coming months, so we are looking to recruit a specialist to help drive the business forward. Main Responsibilities: To strive to continually exceed client expectations and provide excellent customer care To ensure that legal and company requirements are adhered to in respect of Hygiene, Health & Safety, Employment Law, and Food Safety Law for all staff, visitors and clients To establish good client relationships and ensure that monthly communication is maintained To ensure full catering services are provided as agreed within the client contracts To establish a committed and motivated team focused on the delivery of CH&CO/Gather and Gather values To prepare company budgets as required and present to clients in a professional manner To grow the business in your units through generic growth and enhanced customer spends and offer saving opportunities where appropriate Investigate revenue shortfalls and cost overspends relating to financial results for the unit and take action as necessary What's in it for you?
