As our

General Manager , you'll lead an experienced and supportive Senior Leadership Team, with full P&L accountability. You'll oversee quality, operations, and commercial performance while shaping the Business Development Strategy to ensure a successful and innovative future. In This Role, you will: Lead Strategically : Take ownership of the operational, financial, and strategic direction of the centre. Build Relationships : Collaborate with key external stakeholders, including the local ICB and Trusts. Inspire Excellence : Work alongside a supportive local and central team to achieve outstanding results. Prioritise Patient Care : Ensure safe and effective care remains at the heart of everything we do. About us
