General Manager

to help kick off this exciting journey. Reporting directly to our

Head of Distribution & Transport , you'll be a hands-on, motivational leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. At B&M, we move quickly, and we need someone who can deliver results, tackle challenges head-on, and keep things simple while driving success. This is your chance to play a key role in the startup and leadership of our Imports Centre, shaping its future from day one! Your Key Responsibilities

Lead the operations of a full-scale warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient performance. Take full financial ownership of the warehousing operations, driving cost efficiency and value. Maximise site performance on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis, focusing on operational excellence and team engagement. Build and develop a high-performing management team through mentoring, coaching, and effective performance management. Create a positive, collaborative, and engaging work environment for your entire team. Skills & Experience We're Looking For

Proven experience in managing large-scale warehouse operations. Strong leadership skills with a track record of inspiring and empowering teams. Comprehensive knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). A solid understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial planning. What We Offer
