We provide around-the-clock care, so visits may be scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight to meet our client's needs. Responsibilities Provide a premium care experience to our clients that is genuine, compassionate, and personalised. Assist clients with activities of daily living including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transport, and companionship. Deliver care in accordance with the client's care plan that has been developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse). Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly. Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly. Work with a supportive and dynamic team. Ongoing training. Skills & Experience Passionate about making a difference. A self-led leader with the ability to take responsibility for their own behaviour & success. Coachable. Previous caregiving experience is an asset. Must be able to speak and write in English. Other languages will be an asset! Ability to identify and report client care concerns to Care Designers when needed. Reliable way to get to and from the client's homes. Drivers with their own vehicle will be an asset. Mandatory Requirements Minimum Cert III in either Aged care, Community, Individual Support, or Disability, or extensive industry experience. National Police Check (Aged Care/ Vulnerable Persons Sector). Working With Children Check. NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion. NDIS Worker Screener Clearance.
