Job Description As a
Food & Beverage Supervisor , you will be responsible for leading teams to deliver great hospitality across our Restaurant, Sports Bar, Lounge Bar, Meeting Rooms and Event space.
Supervise daily food and beverage operations
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Coordinate staff schedules and manage shifts
Address and resolve customer complaints and inquiries
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Maintain high standards of service quality and efficiency
Train and mentor new staff members
Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and organization
Collaborate with other departments to achieve overall success
