Job Description
Manage and oversee all warehouse activities daily
Ensure the efficient and safe operation of all logistics processes
Coordinate and supervise the work of the logistics team
Ensure all operations adhere to health and safety standards
Plan and monitor resource allocation for tasks
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
Maintain clear and accurate operations documents
Provide regular operational updates to senior management
The Successful Applicant
A successful Warehouse Manager should have:
Experience in a similar operational Warehouse Manager role
Strong understanding of warehouse operations and distribution processes
Excellent leadership and organisational skills
Experience of overseeing automated warehouses is advantageous
