Joining as a file handler, you will be responsible for a litigated caseload of personal injury cases. These cases range from fast track to multi-track, up to £150,000 in value per case. However, you may also have exposure to multimillion-pound cases and assist on high-value cases.
The Role
Handle a caseload of EL/PL cases from inception to settlement Manage a litigated caseload of personal injury cases Handle cases valued at multi-track, up to £150,000 Assist on multimillion-pound cases and high-value injury work Collect evidence, draft witness statements, and prepare for court hearings
