Key Skills
12 Months Experience in a Caring environment To supervise the day to day delivery of care, to ensure service user needs are met and manage service in absence of Manager. To be responsible for the care, welfare and safety of service users and health and safety of staff. Coordinate the service and participate in reviews, reassessing the changing of person centred support plans to ensure they are up to date and in line with individuals needs. Undertake regular supervisions with staff. Act as a skills coach for staff and chair regular team meetings. To participate when required in the recruitment of staff within an equal opportunities framework. Health & Social Care Level 3 Qualification Good communication skills, allowing you to engage & interact with our Service Users Ability to keep calm under pressure Confidence to work alone and also be part of a team (family) Passionate about making a difference to someone else life Good written skills
