Nuffield Health Warwickshire Hospital | Administration | Permanent Contract | Part Time Up to £23,419.50 per annum (Pro rata), depending on experience 30 hours per week Availability required for various shifts between 8.00am-6.00pm Monday - Friday Are you a confident and competent administrator with proficient IT skills, who’s passionate about great customer service? As a PACS administrator, you will be working within a small team accessing and supporting exceptionally high-quality systems, administration, and data management. You must have the ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and have excellent organisational and communication skills, acting as a liaison between specialist modality staff, radiologists, clerical staff, and imaging IT systems. You will need to be flexible, focused, and meticulous with a positive attitude to assist the Radiology team. The role requires strict adherence to policies, managing workload, and supporting administrative colleagues in meeting departmental objectives. As an Administrator, you will:

Manage day-to-day system administration of the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) and upkeep of highly complex information. Utilize technical skills including proficiency in operating systems, databases, and networks. Provide image transfer service between hospitals. Assist patients, staff, and other external stakeholders. Process referral forms and liaise with GPs, Consultants, and other hospital staff regarding imaging reports and appointments. Respond to face-to-face, telephone, and email enquiries in a professional and empathetic manner. Manage workload effectively and support administrative colleagues in meeting departmental objectives. Work with CRIS and other Radiology IT support systems. Assist in the smooth and efficient running of Radiology services. As an Administrator, you will have:

Excellent computer skills. Highly organised and focused worker. IT or PACS interest and knowledge is desirable. Ability to use initiative and attention to detail. Strong customer service skills. Reliable and professional. Ability to work in a team environment. Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is desirable. Previous experience in a healthcare administrative role is desirable.
