They are offering an excellent opportunity as you don't necessarily need to have been a Third in Charge or Deputy manager before. Role:
Third In Charge / Nursery Assistant (Primarily room based)
You need to be able to commit to one of the hours available below: 36.5 hours over 4 days 40 hours over 5 days (09:00 - 17:00) 45 hours over 5 days
Duties: Supervise, direct, support, and motivate staff across the nursery. Support the Room leader with learning-based activities for the children's development when you are room based. Ensure you are offering support in the office as and when required when the Deputy and/or Nursery manager require it. Be proactive and dependable with a can-do attitude, as this is the most desirable trait along with your level 3 Childcare qualification. Support parents with information to enhance their child's development.
Essential: Level 3 Childcare qualification Ability to commit to 36.5, 40, or 45 hours per week all year round. 1 or more years nursery experience.
