Skilled Careers is currently recruiting for a number of Multi Traders for a leading main contractor on their contract with a renowned housing association based in the Harrow area.
There are several positions available, and interviews will take place this week!
As a Multi Trader, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers.
Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair.
Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.
We are looking for confident Multi Traders who are also able to complete tiling and painting/decorating maintenance.
Please note: A full UK Driving Licence and a trade qualification are required for this role.
About the Multi Trader role:
Salary: Up to £43k per year, paid weekly via CIS.
Location: Harrow.
