Assistant Manager

to work alongside the Shop Manager at our brand new shop in Keswick. Can you assist the shop manager in driving sales and work closely with staff and volunteers to deliver the best level of customer service? Do you have retail/management experience? We require someone who has the ability to lead, is friendly, positive, and has a 'can do' attitude. It is important that you have good communication skills and can work with a diverse team of volunteers. The Children’s Society has been helping children and young people in this country for over 130 years. We run local services that support children when they are at their most vulnerable and in desperate need of help. The Children’s Society is committed to safeguarding and protecting the children and young people that we work with.
