ACS are currently supporting with the recruitment of a well-established U.K care company and their care home in Lincoln, for an experienced home manager.

We are looking for an experienced Care Home Manager or an experienced Deputy looking for their next career step in an established home. Our client has been awarded 'The most outstanding Residential Care Management Team in the UK' and they have continued this ethos through into 2024.

About you

As our client is committed to providing a superior level of care and maintaining excellent standards which in turn provides the very best for residents in our care, the ideal candidate would have the following:

A record of excellent team management and leadership A high standard of achievement in delivering the very best care to residents A work ethos that shows commitment and drive A personality that reflects a can-do attitude with a friendly and positive approach

The successful applicant will be able to deliver business performance and quality targets for the care home. You will provide support and leadership to the home staff, implementing a culture of customer focus and quality of service, and be able to establish and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders and local authorities.

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum level 3 in Health and Social Care Excellent time management and organisational skills, and ability to work on own initiative Demonstrates a high level of personal integrity towards providing a high standard of service Excellent record in achieving results through people Ability to communicate effectively at all levels Proficient computer skills in word processing, database use and spreadsheet applications Must have full understanding of Private Fee Paying Market Place Must have good understanding of Staff Retention issues Must be proficient in Marketing a home and building lasting relationships in the local community

Desirable but not essential:

Nursing manager with active PIN or Level 4 or 5 in Health and Social Care
