Role responsibilities include: Diary Management
– managing multiple dispenser diaries to maximise appointment potential, making appointments, reviewing future booked appointments, confirming appointments with customers, and liaising with Hearing Aid Dispenser colleagues. Administration
– maintaining confidential and accurate customer records using our IT software, complying with GDPR regulations, maintaining accurate reporting information, and performing general administration duties. Sales
– promoting the Wellness programme, selling hearing accessories and care plans, and positively influencing and persuading customers. Customer Care
– providing premium customer care, promptly answering calls, and building rapport warmly and professionally. Presentation
– ensuring the branch is presented to brand standards, including branch marketing and maintaining cleanliness and stocked facilities. About the Company:
