hidden_mobile Warehouse Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day activities within the warehouse, ensuring smooth operations and efficient use of resources. Supervise all incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order fulfillment. Maintain optimal warehouse layout and ensure the best use of available space for storage and operational efficiency. Inventory Control: Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels, order status, and shelf-life management. Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts, and ensure that inventory is accurately updated in the system. Develop strategies for inventory optimization and reduction of excess stock or out-of-stock situations. Staff Management: Lead, train, and supervise a team of warehouse personnel, ensuring they follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations. Schedule shifts and allocate work tasks, ensuring appropriate staffing levels to meet operational needs. Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Address employee issues, resolve conflicts, and ensure a positive working environment. Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure the warehouse operates in compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Implement and enforce safety protocols, conduct safety training, and ensure the use of proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). Conduct safety audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards. Logistics & Shipping Coordination: Coordinate with transport and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods. Oversee the preparation and shipment of orders, ensuring the correct labeling, packaging, and documentation are provided. Work with the procurement and supply chain teams to schedule deliveries and manage stock replenishment. Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve warehouse operations, identifying areas for automation, better workflows, and process efficiencies. Implement best practices for warehouse operations, including inventory management, space utilization, and order fulfillment. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, including inventory levels, order fulfillment accuracy, and shipping timelines. Maintain proper records of receipts, shipments, and inventory movements. Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for operational improvements. Liaise with suppliers, distributors, and vendors to ensure timely stock replenishment and coordinate returns or exchanges when necessary. Resolve issues related to damaged or misplaced goods and coordinate with relevant parties to find solutions. Oversee the use of warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology tools to track inventory and shipments. Ensure that systems are updated in real-time for accurate reporting and decision-making. Note: This job is only for ABROAD (not for INDIA location). Indian candidates can apply for this job.
