Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for planning and implementing the marketing strategy for our client and increasing user growth. You will be joining an ever-growing marketing team, working on promoting our client's sports and casino products, helping enhance the product offering with innovative thinking, promotions, and campaigns. With high strategic marketing knowledge and leadership skills in marketing, you will be expected to lead the brand to improve FTDs and GGR. The day-to-day work is interesting, challenging, and fast-paced amidst a hardworking and delivery-focused company ethos. Responsibilities Responsible for the full marketing strategy of our client's online presence. Measure marketing program effectiveness and KPIs to drive continuous improvement in strategy and output. Participate in organization-wide strategy planning and expand thinking around the role of marketing in achieving growth. Oversee marketing expenses and resources including relationships with external vendors and advertising and media firms. Drive user growth within the crypto gambling niche. Manage the marketing team and coordinate acquisition and retention activities for sportsbook and casino. Manage P&L and marketing budget. Requirements: Expert in Performance Marketing. Experience working in non-regulated markets. Passionate about crypto and knowledgeable of crypto trends as an ideal. 7+ years of experience managing a team of highly skilled individuals. Expert in driving user acquisition within the crypto and/or gambling industry. Able to input on marketing technology and product requirements. Analytical-minded. Out-of-the-box thinker. Able to identify unexplored marketing channels. Able to influence stakeholders with data-backed evidence.
