Head of FP&A This is an exciting and progressive opportunity. We are looking for a Senior FP&A leader who can tick the following boxes: Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent). FP&A experience (KPIs, Budgets, Forecasts, Planning). Stable and progressive career to date. Exceptional academics. Aspirations to develop into a Finance Director quickly. We Do Group are delighted to be helping one of the most innovative and exciting businesses in the world hire a brand-new Head of FP&A. Based just outside of Reading (2–3 days a week in the office), this role would suit a very bright and hands-on FP&A leader who wants to help deliver world-class reporting and commercial support. This organisation is ambitious, innovative, and places a lot of emphasis on fostering an inclusive, fun, and creative culture. Key Responsibilities: Act as the main point of reference for the annual group planning cycle. Lead the 5-year strategic plan and budgets. Design and deliver standard budgeting and forecasting reporting. Act as a true commercial business partner. Deliver clear and succinct critical assessments of the Group’s forecasts. Provide commercial challenge to group and divisional performance. Deliver Group-wide ad hoc analysis projects for the CEO, CFO, and Group FD. Support the External Reporting team in developing forecasting models. Help improve internal and external reporting needs. Support improved systems and processes. Build strong KPI reporting frameworks. Take the lead on a number of key commercial projects and initiatives. If you are currently working as an FP&A Manager or Commercial Finance leader, then this could be the perfect step up in your career. We are looking for a technically strong, fun, engaging, and high-energy individual. Your Profile: We are looking for an innovative FP&A leader who can deliver a best-in-class service.
