The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving drinks, and ensuring the bar is kept clean and tidy. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and a strong work ethic. Experience of guest room management / hotels advantageous. We are looking for someone who is friendly, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. General Manager Role Experience in a senior managerial role in a guest inn/hotel. Train and develop new team members Banking and end of day reporting Managing the daily operation of the floor and supporting the team within it Managing and exceeding guest expectations Ensure exceptional quality food and drink is consistently delivered Be the face of the brand known for its warm welcome and guest care Design and hold inspiring and informative briefings Responsible for a safe opening and closing of the restaurant Good knowledge of our menus, ingredients, and allergens Strong command of English language Adherence to all Food Safety and hygiene standards Strong team ethic showing respect for your colleagues A passion for hospitality and your own development is a must Apply for the
