Manage incoming phone calls and direct accordingly. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Oversee the general office operation ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is in working order. Assist with managing office budgets and expenses, including vendor payments and office supply orders. The Experience & Qualifications required of our Receptionist / Office Manager are: Minimum 3 years experience. First class written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail. Customer service-oriented with a welcoming and positive attitude. Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Knowledge of Office Suite – Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel. The working hours: Monday - Friday.
