My client, an award-winning PLC developer who is growing extensively in 2025, is looking to appoint a Senior Site Manager for a new scheme based in Towcester, Northamptonshire. The scheme will consist of 167 all traditional new build units with a mix of HA and private sale homes. This would be an ideal role for an experienced Site Manager looking to start their own schemes for a forward-thinking and progressive PLC. Duties:

NO1, reporting into a CM Responsible for running a busy site, including all trades and labour plus directly employed staff, i.e., ASM/TASM Running the day-to-day operations of the site Chairing all sub-contractor meetings Programming Providing clear direction to the on-site construction team regarding responsibilities and targets Managing the day-to-day operation from piling - foundation to completion, and the critical paths for labour, materials, and plant, including material lead times Ensuring the development is completed in accordance with specification and the build programme Providing accurate and regular reports on progress and dates Controlling additional costs for non-productive costs and prelim expenditure Driving through quality at every stage of the construction process Ensuring the development passes internal and external inspection processes Ensuring all aspects of Health and Safety are followed and adhered to Snagging/Re-snagging Taking responsibility for self-development and the development of others Monitoring and controlling the quality of production and approving stage completions to payments to subcontractors NHBC stage inspections Ensuring customer service remains of the highest priority at all times with everyone on site Handovers/CMLS Qualifications:

Experience of working on traditional build schemes Experience of being either a SM, No2, or Experienced ASM NO2 Experience of being part of a NHBC/LABC Award-winning team Working as part of a full production team CSCS certification First Aid certification Scaffold awareness Benefits:
