Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and kitchen, ensuring that all food and beverage services meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Your leadership skills will be essential in managing a team, maintaining a positive work environment, and delivering exceptional service to our guests. Duties Supervise daily food and beverage operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Train, mentor, and manage kitchen and service staff to promote teamwork and enhance performance. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to maintain adequate stock. Implement food safety practices throughout the kitchen and dining areas. Collaborate with management to develop menus that reflect seasonal offerings and customer preferences. Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for excellent customer satisfaction. Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas at all times. Requirements Previous experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hotel environment is preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food preparation. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. A passion for the hospitality industry with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
