Fairline Grange. An Allegra Care Home. Here at our beautiful home in Christchurch in Dorset, we are looking to welcome a new Wellbeing Manager to lead our fabulous Activity team. Meaningful activity and purpose are essential elements of our care plans, and the wellbeing of our residents is directly related to their engagement in the social life within the home. You'll probably have worked in a care home before, or possibly you're involved within social activities for older people in the community. You'll be able to build and deliver an inspiring activity calendar, and lead your motivated team to work together bringing your plans to life. The role is for 40 hours a week, and we pay £13.91 an hour, so a salary of approximately £29,000. If this sounds like something you'd be great at, apply today, telling us why, and we'll be in touch!
