Search are excited to be partnering with a fast growing business who are on the lookout for a high calibre and technically astute Financial Controller to join their client in South Birmingham.
This opportunity will open doors for an ambitious professional who is looking for progressive growth and drive change whilst being a strong number 2 to the Finance Director.
Preferably be practice trained with 2+ years experience within industry. You'll manage a small team providing support on month end duties, whilst also implementing key commercial processes in parallel with the FD.
You'll have ample opportunity to grow alongside the business and take on more responsibility as you progress with the role, supported by an exceptional manager who will be your mentor throughout.

Qualified Accountant - ACA, ACCA, CIMA Minimum 18 months PQE within industry Strong technical accounting knowledge Commercially minded with ideas for business growth Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written On Offer:
