By collaborating with key stakeholders, you will ensure their financial goals reflect operational strategies, and you will conduct thorough analysis of trading results, budget performance, and forecasts. Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a team of
Management Accountants , promoting best practices to create a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Conduct in-depth analyses of trading results, evaluate them against budgets and forecasts, and support investment proposals with detailed financial insights. Work closely with stakeholders to align financial objectives with business strategies, providing data-driven insights for new initiatives and expansions. Lead the creation of budgets and forecasts within the trading area, ensuring robust financial planning and analysis. Drive enhancements in reporting systems, financial procedures, and internal controls, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across financial processes. Who the client is looking for
Qualified accountant
ACA ,
ACCA
or
CIMA
with significant experience in
management accounting , ideally within the FMCG sector. A proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and team management. Possess strong interpersonal skills that enable effective collaboration with senior leaders and cross-functional teams. Ability to inspire and develop a team. What is on offer?
