BlueMax is a growing business that values diversity and innovation. We’re looking for an experienced and organized HR Manager to oversee our HR functions and ensure smooth operations as we expand our team. What You’ll Do:

HR Responsibilities:

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Maintain accurate employee records and handle HR-related documentation. Develop and implement HR policies and strategies aligned with company goals. Support staff training, development, and performance reviews.

Compliance Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and regulations. Manage records for specific employee categories, including those requiring special permits. Liaise with relevant authorities and maintain clear communication for compliance-related matters. Prepare and maintain records for inspections or audits when necessary.

What We’re Looking For:

A UK Citizen or someone with Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR). Proven experience in HR or administrative roles. Strong organizational and communication skills. Familiarity with UK employment laws (preferred, but not mandatory). Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information. What We Offer:
