Are you a dedicated and compassionate veterinary surgeon with a passion for animal care? Our client is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their thriving veterinary practice. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough examinations and diagnostics Perform a range of surgical procedures Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans Mentor and support junior team members Ensure exceptional client communication and education Team:

They are a clinical team of 5 FT vets, 3 experienced RVNs, 2 SVNs, and 3 Veterinary Care Assistants. The customers have a dedicated team of 4 receptionists and their very experienced Customer Care Manager who keeps the practice in touch with its customers and their pets. Hours: Work-life balance with a 4-day week and one early finish a week. A 1 in 3 Saturday Rota with a 4 PM finish time. No out of hours work. Duties and Support: Access to continuing education and specialization opportunities with a generous up to £2000 CPD budget, with time off to complete it. Standard 20-minute appointment slots. Performing cutting-edge surgical and medical procedures. Crafting individualized treatment plans for diverse patients. Enriching the client experience through excellent communication. Mentoring and inspiring enthusiastic support staff. Skills/Experience: Degree in Veterinary Medicine. 2 years of clinical experience, particularly in surgery. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach. Experienced Veterinary Surgeon with a flair for innovation. Passionate about providing top-notch care and support. Must thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. A commitment to continued learning and professional growth. Salary Ranges:

They are offering a competitive salary dependent on experience, up to

£70,000
