Oversee the day-to-day management of the care home to ensure smooth and efficient operations. High Standards of Care:

Lead the team in delivering exceptional care tailored to the needs of each resident, maintaining dignity, respect, and choice. Compliance:

Ensure full compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, including CQC standards. Staff Management:

Recruit, train, and support a team of dedicated professionals to foster a positive and supportive working environment. Financial Oversight:

Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure financial stability and sustainability. Community Engagement:

Build strong relationships with families, healthcare professionals, and the local community to enhance the home's reputation and resident satisfaction. Quality Improvement:

Continuously review and improve practices to maintain high-quality standards. About the Care Home: The home provides specialist services in residential, nursing, dementia, palliative, and respite care. With a capacity of approximately 50 to 70 residents, the facility prides itself on a warm and welcoming environment, supported by state-of-the-art amenities and a dedicated care team. Essential Requirements: Professional Qualification:

Clinical qualifications (e.g., RGN, RMN) are desirable but not essential if you have significant managerial experience. Experience:

Proven track record in managing a residential or nursing care facility. Leadership Skills:

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Regulatory Knowledge:

Thorough understanding of CQC standards and care home compliance requirements. Problem-Solving Abilities:

Adept at managing challenges and implementing solutions to ensure exceptional care delivery. What We Offer: Competitive Salary:
