Commercial Property Solicitor
BCL Legal is assisting a well-regarded regional law firm with its search for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Legal 500-ranked team in Luton. The firm is known for its expert legal advice to businesses, individuals, and high-net-worth clients across Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will work closely with senior lawyers to provide legal advice on commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals (freehold and leasehold), financing, refinancing, development, and leasehold management. Experience in leasehold enfranchisement, development, or financing would be advantageous. Key Responsibilities:
Drafting contracts, transfers, licences, leases, and related documents. Managing a busy caseload, ensuring deadlines are met. Providing ongoing legal support for landlords, tenants, and corporate clients. Building client relationships and contributing to business development. About You:
Qualified Solicitor (2-7 PQE) with experience in commercial property. Strong technical drafting and time management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
