You’ll play a key role in bringing our HR strategy to life, making Specsavers the best place to work. In this role, you’ll thrive in a matrix and hybrid environment, acting as a change agent and influencing a network of relationships. You’ll coach business managers, helping them achieve their goals while championing our brand and employee value proposition (EVP) culture. Your ability to create open communication channels with stakeholders will be crucial in building trust and respect. Through coaching, mentoring, and role modelling our Global Values and Behaviours, you’ll forge strong relationships and foster a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities: Supporting the delivery of functional people plans. Contributing to the identification of the people agenda. Building sustainable resource plans. Supporting Senior HRBPs on organisational change. Providing HR support on initiatives. Facilitating talent management and reward processes. Offering advice on complex issues in collaboration with ER Business Partners. Ensuring continuous improvement. Collating and sharing data insights. Improving employee engagement. Contributing to best practice sharing across HR.
