As a HR & OD Manager within our EPR Digital Transformation Programme, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation's workforce. You will strategically map out new ways of working, drive organisational development, and create pathways for career growth in alignment with our EPR digital transformation objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our People and Culture strategy is fully integrated with the digital change initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous learning. Main duties of the job

Develop and implement a comprehensive programme of new ways of working that aligns with the goals of the EPR digital transformation programme. Work with EPR change and engagement colleagues to identify the skills, roles, and competencies needed to support the EPR digital transformation, and plan for future recruitment, development, and retention of talent. Collaborate with directorate teams to anticipate future workforce needs and proactively address gaps in skills and capabilities. About us

Qualifications

Educated to degree level in a relevant subject or equivalent relevant experience. Post Graduate professional management qualification gained through degree or post graduate qualification or significant equivalent level experience in a Leadership, Management, Team Development, in a highly specialist OD or HR related discipline/subject. Evidence of delivering leadership, OD, and/or HR and/or service improvement in a large complex environment. Specific OD or Leadership Qualifications. Knowledge

Experience working as a senior manager or significant experience working as an advisor in a developmental role within a complex organisation. Knowledge of key issues facing the NHS in the provision of excellent patient care and putting the patient first. Significant experience in providing and receiving complex and sensitive information (organisational change) using negotiating, persuasive and empathetic skills. Understanding of how NHS works and system administration experience. Significant proven experience and highly specialist knowledge in organisational development theory and practice, influencing a positive culture and staff engagement through change management.
