Proven track record as a recruitment consultant in IT 360 permanent/contract recruitment Strong business acumen Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Strong screening candidates skills Effectiveness in sourcing passive candidates Ambitious, hardworking & self-motivated individuals Ability to manage, nurture and build long term relationships
