Sales Consultant - The Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Person to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with our trade portfolio, promoting our brands and products, and driving business growth through excellent customer service and tailored solutions. Sales Consultant - Key Responsibilities:

Trade Portfolio Engagement: Contact trade customers to promote our products and brands, encouraging increased sales and fostering strong business relationships. Warm Lead Management: Handle inquiries and leads from residential customers, providing excellent service and converting opportunities into sales. Showroom Sales: Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom, delivering tailored solutions and expert advice from across our product range. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our brands and products to effectively communicate their benefits to customers. Customer Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with both trade and residential customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty. Sales Targets: Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the business. Sales Consultant - You:

Essential: Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role, ideally in a similar industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and professional approach. Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Self-motivated with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets. Problem-solving mindset. Proactive attitude and ability to be flexible to the needs of the business. Basic computer skills. Desirable: Experience of working in a range of sales roles and environments. B2C & B2B experience. Account management experience. Full Driving licence. CRM system experience. Sales Consultant - Benefits:
