You must have 2 - 4 years of experience
as an assistant, ideally
within the investment sector

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Extensive calendar management and ad-hoc support for the wider team Coordinating and scheduling meetings and calls Organising international travel arrangements, international and domestic flights, accommodation Providing support for colleagues when needed Expense management You will be a confident and personable Team Assistant who is motivated to be part of a prestigious firm working with high-achieving individuals.
Requirements:
You
must
have a minimum of 2 years or more as an assistant, ideally within the investment sector or professional services Excellent communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail An understanding of heavy diary management and scheduling
Note: This position is 6 months, with the expectation that you will be extended (based on performance), overall completing a 12-month opportunity.
