Position:
HVAC Engineer Location:
South-East London, Essex or Kent area We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer with an HVAC bias to maintain and repair all operational equipment within high street retail stores. You should be capable of delivering the highest level of service for the client, answering queries, overseeing planned PPM/compliance work, and keeping the client informed of site activities. You will be assisting contractors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with all statutory obligations, and completing all work-related documentation accurately and on time. A flexible approach to work and working hours, along with a proactive and positive attitude, is essential. You will be expected to effectively prioritise your own workload while assisting other engineers/staff with their duties as required. Qualifications: Qualified at a City & Guilds level 2 or 3. Experience within a maintenance/facilities management environment. Good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and statutory compliance. Ability to carry tools and equipment by hand of up to 20kg. Ability to ascend/descend vertical access equipment and work at heights. Available to join a call-out rota. Hold a full UK driving licence.
