Role Overview As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate care and companionship to our clients. Whether it’s helping with personal care, assisting with daily activities, or simply being a friendly face, you will be making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Hours: 08:00 – 14:00 & 16:45 – 21:45 Monday – Sunday (Alternative Weekends) Location: Ascot, Camberley, Wokingham & Bracknell What You'll Enjoy as Our Care Assistant: Competitive Pay: £14.00/hour on weekdays, £16.00/hour on weekends. Guaranteed Income Contract – steady income for a fixed number of hours each month. Mileage Compensation: 45p per mile. Stable Hours: Full-Time and Part-Time positions with guaranteed monthly pay. Minimum 1-Hour Visits: Ensuring quality time with clients. Local Shifts: Reducing your travel distance, and we cover mileage. Comprehensive Training: Great induction for new Care Assistants and ongoing support. Supportive Environment: A dedicated office team and a circle of happy Care Assistants. Career Growth: Support for NVQ qualifications and internal promotion. Referral Scheme: £300 for referring friends with an easy-to-use app to track points.
