Abrams Healthcare is actively seeking experienced Health Care Support Workers. We have an ongoing need for this role. You must have or be willing to obtain a Live enhanced DBS. NO COS SPONSORSHIP The role involves working in areas such as: Care Homes Learning Disability Units Supported Living Facilities Nursing Homes Mental Health Facilities Private Hospitals THE APPLICANT: You must have at least 3 months of paid experience within a UK Care setting and possess the right to work within the UK. This position is for Agency Health Care Assistants who book shifts on an Ad-Hoc or block booking basis. Typical Care Assistant duties are wide-ranging. The job revolves around helping clients with their immediate needs such as dressing and maintaining their hygiene, as well as assisting them with basic day-to-day or administrative tasks like paying bills. The role also includes getting to know clients personally and providing them with companionship and emotional support, contributing positively to their wellbeing. Healthcare Support Workers are part of a multidisciplinary team. You will endeavor to provide the highest level of nursing and care to service users. You will need the ability to develop strong relationships with service users, relatives, and staff. The role also involves providing good standards of medical care to service users, accurate record keeping, updating care plans accurately, appropriate use of medical equipment, a cheery attitude, and a willingness to continue updating your training for compliance. You need to be willing to register on our app for compliance, timesheets, and shifts. Job Types:
