As a Ward Manager at New Hall Hospital, Salisbury, you will: Lead, manage, and nurture a team to deliver high-quality clinical outcomes. Ensure compliance with CQC standards. Manage rosters and staffing effectively. Make decisions and use initiative to enhance patient care. What You'll Bring With You
Registration with the NMC including full compliance. Ability to deliver high standards of patient care. Previous clinical supervisory experience and background as a Ward Nurse. Enthusiasm and a can-do attitude. Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business. Strong communication skills. Passion to deliver excellent care in a busy and challenging environment. Benefits
