Clark Wood is pleased to be recruiting for an experienced Tax Manager on behalf of a leading and innovative accountancy firm based in Camberley. This role offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic team and manage a broad client portfolio, delivering high-quality tax advice and compliance services to entrepreneurial and high-growth businesses, trusts, and high-net-worth individuals. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and technically sound CTA Qualified Tax Manager to join a forward-thinking practice and contribute to the continued development of their tax offering. Key Responsibilities:

Managing and advising on a wide range of tax matters, including Personal Tax, Trust Tax, Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax, VAT, P11Ds, and tax planning. Overseeing a portfolio of personal tax clients and preparing complex tax returns. Providing tax planning and advisory services for personal and corporate clients, trusts, and estates. Reviewing tax computations and ensuring compliance with tax legislation. Managing, mentoring, and training junior staff members. Liaising with clients on complex tax matters, identifying planning opportunities, and preparing detailed reports. Supporting partners in growing the tax department by identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional services to existing and potential clients. Developing internal processes and policies to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications and Experience:

CTA-qualified with proven experience in both personal and corporate tax. STEP qualification (preferred) or experience in Trust and Inheritance Tax work. Strong technical knowledge and up-to-date understanding of current tax legislation. Experience working with a variety of accounting software and proficiency in advanced MS Excel. Excellent client relationship and communication skills. Demonstrable experience in managing and growing a tax portfolio.
