The Fox in Chipping Norton is looking for a new professional Deputy Manager to join our busy restaurant and pub with rooms in the Cotswolds .
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Deputy Manager to join our existing management team to help oversee operations of the restaurant, bar and bedrooms, this is a hands on role where no two days are the same.
Previous experience in management/ supervisory position in a high end hospitality role essential
The Role
Overseeing breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts (not all on the same day!!)
Leading and motivating the team.
Ongoing training of the team.
Driving sales and exceeding customer expectations.
Maintaining standards throughout the business.
Assisting the GM in all aspects of the business
