Our customers can count on you for valuable guidance as they seek to design the ideal home for themselves. You are an excellent listener who takes time to understand the needs of the customer and will take a consultative approach to the sale, ensuring your customers leave having purchased the perfect product while experiencing an excellent customer journey. As an accomplished, motivational, and inspirational manager, you will be able to deliver a great team sales performance. You are a great people person who cares, nurtures, and supports their team, someone who is able to lead by example displaying the OFL values and behaviours. You will be an experienced sales professional in big box retail, ideally furniture, although this is not essential as in-depth structured training will be provided. Benefits

On top of the basic benefits, we can offer you a number of great incentives: Basic Salary: £30,900, realistic OTE £49,000, top performers £52,000 All Store Managers will be required to work both weekend days; we are able to offer one weekend in every six off. Motivational and inspirational manager who can deliver a great team sales performance and an exceptional customer experience. Experienced people manager who cares, nurtures, and supports their team.
