TBC Key Responsibilities: Maximizing sales by maintaining high standards of display and layout in the shop and shop windows. Ensuring that stock density is maintained and regular rotation of stock is carried out. Obtaining maximum realistic prices on donated items in accordance with charity guidelines. Maximizing gift aid income when dealing with customers and donors. Providing excellent customer service at all times. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the shop including the sales floor, stock processing area, offices, and communal areas.
