Head of Science

to lead our thriving Science Department within a forward-thinking secondary school in Essex. About Us:

As Head of Science, you will: Lead and manage a team of dedicated science teachers across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.

Develop and implement an engaging, ambitious, and inclusive science curriculum.

Drive high standards of teaching, learning, and student achievement.

Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and professional development within the department.

Ensure effective use of resources and lead the development of cutting-edge science facilities.

Work closely with senior leadership to contribute to whole-school initiatives and priorities.
